Technician
- HKDSE / F.5 or above.
- General customer IT service.
- Hardworking and willing to work outdoors.
System Engineer/Consultant
- HKDSE / F.5 / Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Wintel Server hardware, MS Windows Server OS, backup applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN technology and networking environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people.
- Self-initiative, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
